UMIST LGB Society is a student society based at UMIST in Manchester. The society required a site which would help them communicate with their members. A custom made content management system allowed the society to manage the content of the site on their own, ensuring the information could always be kept up to date for the students. The merger of UMIST and the Victoria University of Manchester to form a single university has meant that this society ceased to exist at the end of the 2004 academic year. | |
